If the customer finds that the Microphone can't be paired/Can't be connected/isn't working properly, please follow these troubleshooting steps: 1. After turning on the microphone, press the power button three times in a row to make the microphone's green light flash quickly, entering pairing mode. 2. After the receiver is turned on, press the power button three times in a row to activate the receiver (A/red light) or (B/green light) to flash quickly, entering pairing mode. 3. After successfully pairing the microphone with the receiver, the green light on the microphone will remain on, and the receiver (A/red light) or (B/green light) will stay on for a long time.

If one mic is connected successfully and the other is not (the monitor keeps blinking): 1. Press the power switch of the successfully connected microphone 3 times in a row quickly to make the monitor blink. 2. Power off the receiver, turn on the power again and press the power switch of the receiver 3 times in a row quickly. 3. You can then connect the two microphones successfully.

If the sound of the microphone is particularly low, check if the audio interface is the microphone jack or the AUX interface. If it is the AUX interface, the sound is relatively low because AUX is the interface for music. The correct interface is one with a mic or microphone pattern. This is a problem with the sound system.
